Seceda Mountain Station – Lunch at the Highest Restaurant in the Dolomites

Seceda is a mountain at an elevation of 8264 ft. in the Italian Dolomites near the town of Ortesei (Urtijei) in South Tyrol, Italy. The mountain can be reached by a few hours hike or via 2 cable car line – Ortesei to Furnes and then Furnes to Seceda.

Above the cable car station sits the Seceda restaurant, one of the highest in the Dolomites, offering an unobstructed view of Seceda, the beautiful valley of Alpe di Suise and Val Gardena.

Traditional cuisine of the Italian Alps like Gulash and Tirolian cheese balls are available in the menu with various selection of breads.
