Lindau is a scenic island town on the eastern side of Lake Constance (Bodensee in German) in Bavaria, Germany. It is near the borders of the Austria and the Swiss cantons of St. Gallen and Thurgau.
This popular tourist attraction is well known for its beautiful gardens, architecture and outdoor attractions such as cycling, sailing, hiking, swimming, and camping. The 14th century tower Mangenturm is a tourist attraction overlooking the Lindau Harbor.
