Our European cruise in Mediterranean
Costa Favolosa is a cruise ship based on the Concordia class design and owned by Costa Cruise line (A subsidiary of Carnival Cruise). The ship was built in Genoa, Italy and launched in 2010.
We travelled Western Mediterranean on the ship in the Spring of 2015. Our itinerary took us from Barcelona to Marseilles, then eastward by the Riviera coast into Savona, Italy.
The below video clip details the first part of our journey. Highlights include exploration of the beautiful interior, an amazing evening entertainment show and a memorable dinner.
Check out my related blog on Cruising for the conclusion of this trip. Enjoy!
Video blog of our trip to Cozumel
We took the Carnival Fantasy on a memorable cruise to Cozumel, Mexico on January 2017. It was the largest vacationing group we had in a cruise so far with myself, my wife, all 5 of our kids and my Dad.
The video blog above details our experience at the wonderful Carnival Fantasy. We left from Mobile, Alabama and reached Cozumel a day and a half later.
Hope you enjoy the tour of the ship in the video!
Video blog of our trip to the Turks and Caicos
Grand Turk Island is an island in the Turks and Caicos Islands. We visited the island in 2016 on a Carnival Cruise. Grand Turk contains the territory’s capital, Cockburn Town and the JAGS McCartney International Airport. During the early 1960s NASA Gemini space program had several capsule landing on Atlantic near the island. An interesting memorial of these missions are showcased near the Carnival Cruise terminal.
A video blog of our trip to the tiny island chains in the Bahamas
We travelled to Half Moon Cay in 2016 via a Carnival Cruise Ship. The island is part of a chain of tiny islands (Cays) in Central Bahamas. Due to its small size, there is no large harbor for the ship to dock. So we took a boat from the ship to its tiny harbor.
Once in the island, we took a tour and enjoyed a traditional Caribbean lunch. Enjoy the video clip to learn more!
